Once you make this, can it be frozen?

In the comments below the recipe, Kristen M, says, "I think they'd hold up to freezing, though I haven't tried it myself. I'd be sure to bake them to a nice deep golden so they're on the crisper, sturdier side (but that's also just how I like them)."
