Shichi-mi tōgarashi or ichi-mi tōgarashi

Where the recipe calls for “togarashi” is that shichi-mi tōgarashi or ichi-mi tōgarashi? One being a blend of various aromatics and chili peppers and the other being simply chili peppers. It’s probably not terribly critical and will be fun trying it with both (though I’m leaning toward the shichi-mi togarashi) but still, I’m curious what the intended ingredient is. Thanks in advance!
