Hi, what size of baking tray should one use for baking the pudding. Thanks!

Roxio...I cant find a baking tray (sheet pan) in any charts I have for converting.
To figure volume of pans you have:
1) either pour measured water in pan until full
2) multiply height x length by width to get cubic inches. Use online converter to render the cu inches to cups volume.

9-inch (23 cm) square would hold 8 cups (2 quarts) per two charts I found online

The recipe calls for a 2-quart baking dish.
