The dough was so soft I had difficulty handling it!

I mean REALLY! I made the rolls today and seriously had a little difficulty handling the dough after the rise. My rolls ended up being a bit of a mess, but in the pan and baked. I hope they're good!! I froze them so that I can thaw and reheat next week for Thanksgiving... 🙏

Adrienne - I think they will be fine. Parker House dough is usually and should be soft and sticky (see James Beard recipe for them for a few words about texture).
And with bread dough being responsive to moisture content in both the flour and the air, this can vary with batch - Nancy
