Hi Valerie! Thanks for flagging this. Our site has over 50,000 recipes—some of these are from our community, while others are from our test kitchen, staffers, and contributors. Recipes that have gone through our test kitchen vetting process are labeled "Test Kitchen–Approved" (more on that here: https://food52.com/p/welcome-to-our-test-kitchen). Because this is a community-added recipe, I can't speak to the missing ingredients myself, but hopefully the author sees this and can adjust the recipe accordingly.
