My daughter is allergic to coconut so I would like to replace with cream

What type of cream would you replace with? I thought butter, and heavy cream do you think that would work?

We don't do coconut in my home either. I would just go ahead &amp;amp; swap in olive or canola oil,heavy cream &amp;amp; UNsalted  butter.
