Number of walnut halves and sides

Question

It looks like there should be two walnut halves placed on opposite corners and that the folds should be up, not down. Am I missing something?

Oh, that makes sense! Perhaps they baked the ones for the photo fold side up to keep the halves from falling out :)

Hi! I actually make them with just one, I think they were styled with variations for the photo (and you should feel free to riff). They should be baked fold side down.
