I want to make beetroot flavoured lavash bread.

do I only use the beetroot juice or do i puree the beetroot and use that. many thanks

I would use a combination of the beet juice (replace some or all liquid in recipe) and some grated beets for flavor. Not too much or you'll disturb other
ratios in the recipe. But if only use juice, there won't be much beet flavor.

Last idea . In addition to or instead of making the beet-flavored lavash, make regular lavash & serve it with a beet-dip &hummus, sour cream or other).
