I just adlibbed a cavatappi with rapini,anchovy and breadcrumb recipe. I added too much pasta and overboiled it (i prefer it al dente). Should I morph

the pasta into another dish, or just chuck it. I trust your wisdom.

I hate wasting food. How about adding an egg and making a frittata or shape into balls, coat with bread crumbs and fry it up like Mac & Cheese balls.

Add more than 1 egg and some grated cheese for either :)
