Cooking time, is it too long ?

Is the length of cooking time correct? Tenderloin usually cooks pretty quickly so it doesn’t dry out. Especially since there is no fat.

The recipe seems to call for two 1-lb pork tenderloins. If I’m reading it correctly, it then calls for you to cook the 1-lb pork tenderloins for 60-70 minutes. I think that’s too long as well.

I’d say no more than 20-25 minutes for a nice rosy tenderloin.

Or,do you mean dry off two pears?
