I'm baking a lemon bundt cake on Sunday and bringing it to a dinner party the following Saturday. Should I freeze it or refrigerate it?

By all means, freeze it. Wrap it well in plastic (I use two layers) first. Pull it to room temperature on Friday prior to taking it to your event the following day.
