I always stash my soaking beans in the refrigerator overnight, and never have any problems continuing with the cooking process as a result. I just drain them, rinse, cover with fresh water and start cooking. Beans soaked overnight can sometimes begin to ferment, especially if the weather or kitchen are warm. Beans soaking in the fridge can wait a couple days before cooking, if necessary. So soaking yours overnight is not a problem at all. Just proceed as you usually would.
