is there an acceptable non-dairy replacement for the cream?

Can you think of any other fat that could replace the cream?

As heavy cream is about 1/3 fat, maybe use 1 tbsp fat (any non-dairy) and 2 tbsp broth or water (as replacement of liquid).

Hi there! One reader has replaced it with mayo with success, though I have not tried that myself.
