You don't have to weigh the ingredients to make this. There are conversion tables easily found on the internet to help you go from mass (weight) measures or metric, in the case of the melted butter, to cups, tablespoons, etc.
The equivalents here are: 100 grams of cream cheese = just under 1/2 cup; 120 mil of melter butter = 1/2 cup; and 200 grams of almond flour = 2 cups + 2 teaspoons. ;o)
