I purchased some veal neck at my butcher - pretty meaty, not just bones. What should I make with it? Should I cut it into chunks and make a stew?

personally, one of my favs. is veal goulash, with hungarian paprika, caraway seeds etc.

Good idea. I know of veal (neck) stew in at least three versions, Provencal, Italian, and paprikash.
