Has Anyone Ever Tried Eating a Sesame Bagel with Cream Cheese and Chives and Tobiko?

I had this tobiko idea that I'd like to try and wondered if anyone had tried one.

It makes total sense....just like smoked salmon or lox. The fishiness (in a good way!), the saltiness with an extra pop for the tastebuds. I would also try it with Ikura.

I haven't, but other than texture, it's probably going to taste a lot like a bagel with lox (and cc, chives). Go for it! Nothing bad with that combination :)

hi there, just wanted to report that i have just eaten one! what worked for me was spreading cream cheese on the bagel, dotting it with chopped chives and working in a little low salt soy sauce into the cream cheese, then topping w/ tobiko.yum!
