I am cooking 4 steaks, 2 of them being medium rare and 2 of them being well done. I am using the reverse seared method. How can I time these steaks in

Hi there! Do you happen to have a meat thermometer at home? Most recipes recommend using one for reverse seared steaks and using the following temperatures for doneness:

Rare: 125°F
Medium Rare: 130°F
Medium: 140°F
Well done: 160°F
