Can I use cake flour instead of all purpose flower?

I am thinking of making this using cake flower. Would it be okay to substitute that for the all purpose flour?

Hi Sasha! Thanks for writing in. Because cake flour has a different density and protein content than all-purpose, you'll want to use slightly more of it than the AP flour called for in this recipe. According to the Joy of Baking, that means for every 1 cup of AP flour called for, you'll use 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons of cake flour.
