Baked my GF Banana bread at 250 instead of 350 😳 by mistake. Bread rose nicely. I’ve put it back in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes. Is that a fix?
Hi Indira! It should be OK after baking it at 350, you’ll just want to make sure that a knife or toothpick comes out of the middle of the loaf completely clean to know that it’s done. I’d also recommend letting it cool completely before slicing. Hope this helps!
