Do you drain the tomatoes? They typically have quite a lot of liquid. Thanks!

Hi June! Since this recipe comes from our community, not Test Kitchen, it's hard for me to say for sure. To be safe, you could drain the tomatoes, mix them into the mac and cheese, and then add the tomato juice at that point if you think it seems a bit dry. Hope that helps!
