Peanut butter chocolate no bake cookie problem.

I doubled the recipe for all the ingredients except the oats.
I used 3 cups instead of 6.
Can I reheat the cookie mix and add the extra oats, or am I stuck with these?
They aren't bad, just way too rich!

Hi there! Hard for me to say for sure without seeing the specific recipe, but I imagine if you reheated the mixture very gently (say, over a double-boiler or in a microwave), you could incorporate in the extra oats at that point.
