Substitutes for flour in Yogurt Bread recipe

Could this recipe be used with all buckwheat flour? I am Gluten Free and Grain free and no almond or coconut flour either:( And, I was thinking of adding banana or pumpkin to the mix. Would that work? Thank you!

Hi Ellie! I've never cooked with buckwheat flour, but from what I've read it can be tricky substituting all buckwheat flour for a recipe that calls for wheat flour, so I'm afraid it may not work in this case.
