Everything went perfectly until step 2. Am I reading this right? Add ¾ cup + ½ cup flour (total 1 1/4) + 1 Tablespoon water? It seems way too doughy.

Hi Alexis! After you discard half the mixture, you should add another 90 grams (or about 3/4 cup) of flour and 90 grams (or about 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon) of water. Hope that helps clarify!
