Need a quick c/haroset recipe without red wine or walnuts

Doesn't get a lot more last minute than this: I need to make charoset for a 5pm kids seder (EST), but all the recipes I'm finding involve red wine and walnuts, neither one of which I have. On the other hand, I do have lots of other fresh and dried fruits, nuts, and even a few sweet liquids (and a blender). Help! What can I make with this:

Liquids: red cooking wine, 8-y/o Rose, Concord grape juice, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, fruit punch (100% juice)
Fresh fruits: red apples, red grapes, clementines, blackberries, raspberries
Dried fruits: raisins, dried apricots, prunes, dried cherries, dried persimmons, dried cranberries, dried mission figs
Nuts etc: sweetened cacao nibs, raw cashews, salted roasted almonds, raw almonds, raw sunflower seeds, roasted and salted pumpkin seeds, raw pecan halves, unsalted toasted pecan pieces

(in case you couldn't tell, I make my own trail mixes but I don't really drink :)

Come on hotline, you can do this!

Brooklynite - favor what your kids like among what you have with these suggestions:
End result is to look like mortar (be dark brown or reddish and pasty), tradition is sweet not salted notr sour.
So avoid salted nuts, cooking wine and vinegar.
I would go for chopped dried fruits or mix of dried and fresh, some chopped raw nuts or seeds, dark juice, cinnamon if you have it.
Hope that helps.
Happy Passover!
