Freezing the dough for later use?

I would like to know if the dough can be frozen...if so, when? Do you thaw in the fridge and then continue the recipe?

Hi Dana! Yes, you can. Freeze it right after the first rise, and thaw it in the fridge, in a lightly oiled bowl, overnight.
