Could this recipe be scaled down for a smaller cast iron / personal pizza?

I live alone, wondering if I could make this using a smaller cast iron pan to make 1-2 servings?

Hi Megan—yes, definitely! Just halve the recipe and use a smaller pan. How big is your cast-iron? If you have a 5-6" skillet, I'd use that—anything larger, and you'll get a pizza that's more crispy-flatbread, less crispy-chewy.
