After taking the pizza out of the oven, the bottom of the crust was stuck to the pan. Any tips for getting it to not stick?

If the recipe doesn't instruct you to do so already, sprinkle the bottom of the pan with some sort of course flour, like cornmeal, rice flour (the grainy kind, not mochiko or similar), or semolina flour. You can also cut a parchment round to fit your pan and line the pan with that.
