Can this easily be halved (or even quartered)? Also, what could I use in place of collards or kale? Thx

Without knowing if it’s because you can’t find collard greens of kale, or that you just don’t like them, it’s hard to say, but spinach comes to mind. And if it’s the flavor that’s objectionable, maybe baby spinach, as it’s milder flavored.
