Have you fed it? Is the room to cold? Is this a starter that come from the fridge? How long has it been bubbling on your counter (I'm assuming it's on the counter)?
My starter is on day 16. There are tiny bubbles, odor resembles sourdough, feeding it 2x a day since day 6, and it has not risen at all. Any suggestions?
