If you have a blender you can wash the greens and use the blender to chop them up. Just add a little water so they'll swish around. Broccoli Rabe, eh? Try also saving the biggest stems for some other dish (or soup) and just use the most tender bits. You'll need more BR for sure, but you might get a better tasting sauce.
