Frozen spinach instead of fresh?

I have all the ingredients on hand except fresh spinach, do you think I could sub frozen spinach?

I don't see why not? I'd cook the frozen spinach according to the package instructions and just be really thorough about squeezing out the excess water.

Absolutely use frozen I use it all the time esp. in casseroles,quiches,etc.....much more cost effective also and tastes just as delicious
