No yeast but sourdough starter

Hi! I was wondering this recipe would work using a sourdough starter? Mines only three days old, but it seems to be quite lively. I wonder if I use some of that could that work as an active yeast in this crust?

At three days old your starter might not have much flavor, but if it has enough yeast in there (meaning it rises and makes bubbles that look like airy bread dough, not just smaller, foamy bubbles) it raise the dough.
