Doubling/tripling the recipe for 4 people

I love this recipe and can not wait to try it. Do you think it can be doubled or tripled for dinner for a family of 4?

Certainly! This will make a pizza with four average 2-piece servings, but if you're likely to be extra hungry or want leftovers, double it and make 2 pizzas.
