Dough not rising in the fridge

My dough isn’t rising in the fridge. Is it supposed to ? It’s been in there for 20 hours.

My dough is not as soft as it appears in Kristen's video. It didn't seem to loosen up and get softer as hers did.

On my first attempt with this recipe, my dough did not rise much either. It was in the fridge for 2 days. It did rise and double during the second rise. Your dough should be fine too.
