the juice of one lemon is reserved, but on the instructions I only see half used on step seven. Are we using the other half somewhere?

Hi Bonnie! In step 7, I usually find that the juice from half a lemon is enough, but definitely add to taste! Lemon juice isn’t used elsewhere in the recipe, so either cut the other half into wedges for serving, or save for another use. Hope you enjoy the dish!
