More banana? I love that flavor

I would love to add even more banana and I never and chocolate chips to banana bread,(but I do add extra banana), so I wouldn’t here. What about 1 cup of bananas? Any other suggested adjustments?

I used 2 medium bananas and they turned out great!! (Also, I did a scoop and drop instead of the extra time to form and cut into triangles). Using super overripe bananas is usually the key for the best banana flavor.

Tripling the banana volume may result in soggy scones.
To increase the banana flavor, I would add a teaspoon or two of banana extract or liqueur.
