Can I use bread flour instead of vital wheat flour in a vegan meatball recipe

Thank you Stephanie, I appreciate you replying. I think I will have to wait for lock down restrictions to be lifted to get out and buy the vital wheat gluten flour to make the meatballs from the Avant-Garde Vegan!

If you mean vital wheat gluten, I don't think you can. I'm guessing your meatballs should have a texture similar to seitan, and that is from vital wheat gluten. Bread flour, which is still mainly starch, will not give you the texture of pure gluten (protein).
