Ideas to repurpose sourdough loaf that didn't rise in oven? :(

Given the shortages of ingredients, I'm reluctant to toss anything: I made a sourdough boule that only rose about an inch in the oven - any creative ideas to repurpose the (still tasty, just very unbreadlike texture) loaf?

Sounds like you have already baked it, right? I would try slicing as thin as possible... 1/4 " maybe...and on a slanted diagonal to make as large are possible. Bake again to completely dry out, like biscotti, and you would have some very crunchy tasty crackers.

Roll the dough thin and bake into flatbread or crackers.

I misunderstood your question. I guess save this suggestion if you have a future DOUGH that looks like it's not rising.

Use it in a soup that calls for old bread, like ribollita.

Breadcrumbs. One dish I love is pasta with butter garlic breadcrumbs.
