I made a custard pie and it made enough for 2 pies. Can I freeze the rest?

Do you mean 2x the custard filling?
And/or 2x the pie crust?
Pie crust freezes well, raw or cooked, separately.
Custard itself does not freeze well.
Better to keep extra in fridge 5-6 days.
Use to make other desserts or breakfast dishes:
• layer with berries, brownies, cookies or meringues;
• use to top pancakes or waffles;
• buzz up with fruit, fruit juice, ice cream to make smoothies or milkshakes.
