I’m making the Tagine chicken recipe. When do you add the chicken broth? The tomato paste? Also the ginger and garlic. .

For the Marrakesh Chicken here
a) probably add ginger and garlic when sauteing chicken, start of step 2.
b) add broth and tomato paste, when assembling for oven, end of step 2.

Thank you. I didn’t realize until everything was in the ravine, so I just sprinkled garlic and ginger over. And I did just pour the broth and tomato paste over. Thank you for your answer. Delicious recipe by the way.
