Yeast found in grocery store while lockdien

Wow! First time since pandemic started. A fluke or part of return to normal? Don't know. Just bought some. Toronto, Loblaws FH & maybe rest of that chain.

Haven't seen bread flour, but if I had wanted self-rising flour, I could have picked up all I wanted! Things are coming around, though, there has been yeast the last 2 times I have been in the grocery. I am still working down my pound of SAF Instant bought last fall.

Good news. Hoarders have stopped buying and/or manufacturers are back to supplying product.
