Where’s recipe for pickled onions?

I didn’t see instructions for pickling the red onions; just the ingredients. Could you please edit the recipe to include this?

Theres a good recipe for pickled onions at thekitchn site. Easy and good. Made it many times.

Marsha - it occured to me after I first answered that you could, of course, use thekitchn method and either the ingredients they list, or the ones included in this panzanella recipe...
Your choice - both are good.
