Hello, Step 1 calls for egg to be mixed in, but can't find in the ingredients. How many should be used & is it whole egg/white/yolk?

Other Nam Kao recipes (at food52 and other sites) have eggs in the ingredients and directions.

PS Recipe I know uses 3 (whole) eggs for 4c cooked rice. This recipe has 6c cooked rice, so use about 4 lg or XL eggs, or 5-6 small or medium ones.
