The recipe just says walnut oil. Does this mean roasted or regular walnut oil?

I would definitely use roasted walnut oil in this recipe for roasted endive with walnut vinaigrette. I see in the headnote that the author refers to the vinaigrette as nutty. Roasted olive oil has a much nuttier flavor than regular walnut oil. ;o)
