Substitution for butter and sugar

What can I substitute for butter? And is it a 1-1 ratio? I am not able to have regular sugar, I would like to use monk fruit as my sweetener, but it is sweet for me, so I would need decrease the amount of sugar? Maybe decrease by 1/4 cup less
