You might be surprised. I don't really taste the peanut butter. Just makes the cookie nice and moist.

Miss_Karen's recommendation sounds delicious. You might also try any of the nut butters (hazelnut, almond) as a substitute for peanut butter.

You could use Biscoff spread. It makes a delicious substitute.
