Is it possible to freeze at any point?

At any point in this recipe can you freeze it? After a proof, before the bake, etc? TIA!

Definitely bake it first. If your loaf is the shape in the photo, try sealing in a vacuum sealer to keep it fresh but you run the risk of changing the shape. If you know you want to freeze it, try making it a shape that won't be ruined by a vacuum sealer.

With many items that a vacuum sealer may distort, if they are frozen first, they will stay rigid enough through the vacuum and sealing process. Another option is to allow the vacuum sealer to remove MOST of the air, but as soon as your item starts to change shape, press the SEAL button. That will hold the vacuum at that point long enough to seal. This will not work with soft breads, such as hot dog buns...I've tried!
