I didn’t see the recipe for the shrimp stock, can you post? I’m excited to try this!

For shrimp stock, I take all the shells from the shrimp and gently simmer for about 30 minutes. Strain and use as directed.

Clarification: put shrimp shells and heads (if you have it) into a medium size pot. Add water to cover shells. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 30 minutes. Strain with a mesh strainer or colander. Stock is ready for use now.
