Coconut Cream vs. Cream of Coconut

Would it be possible to substitute the cream of coconut for coconut cream? I’d prefer to make the recipe without the sugar that’s added to cream of coconut!

I think the substitution should work. Just make sure your coconut cream is mixed until it's smooth before you add it. It sounds delicious.
