Trying to figure out how to prepare this ahead of time. Couples of days ahead.

Recipe question for: Sourdough Schiacciata

Bake schiacciata. Cool completely, then wrap tightly in foil, then into a freezer bag. Reheat in oven, 325-350F, until warmed through. I don't think you even need to thaw it.
